Two posts in one day? That's almost unheard of! Fresh out of the kiln tonight, more discs!

A stacked view so you can see the colors:

And a full-spread view so you can see the texture:

I am so loving these! I need to make a set for myself so I can design something out of them:)
We've been working outside a lot this weekend--getting ready for some construction. I'm getting a new studio, my very own building--very exciting!! No more basement dungeon for me :)

The new bunny and birdbath sit right beside the area where the new studio is going to be:

I was a busy beadmaker yesterday!

Starfish focals:

Dragonfly focals:

Another leaf:

And to show you that I can do more than melt glass, a fabric rose pin:
For my denim jacket that I've had since the 80's. I mean, really--where else would I put it?

The lariat is finished! I took a picture outside, so the colors would be more true. I love how it turned out, and I hope the intended customer does as well :)
The fringe has wood, bone, stones, glass, brass rings and clay beads--it's very connected and grounded to the earth. Basic technique taught to me by Cynthia Rutledge.

More froggies out of the kiln today!

And from my work table--a special request bronze/brown lariat is in the making! Custom-blended seed bead mix in every shade of brown is spiraling around a bronze center. I'm thinking about what to put at the ends as I'm working :)

Don't forget to come see me this Sunday in Hastings at Lib's Park!!
