Well, I finally finished this collar!! Now, will I make another? Maybe!

Also, a big 'ole pile of beads that will be made into necklace, bracelet and earring combos for my next show.

Check out this fantastic bracelet made with one of my beads! No, I didn't make it, silly! I can't do this kind of wire-work!
Need it? Want it? Gotta have it? Here's the link to Marcy's shop--chocked full of super-cool jewelry!
"Copper Mine"
Color palette courtesy of Margie Deeb, of course :) I did add the darker shade of red as well as the lighter buff color, but it was a great jumping-off point.

"Radient Sun"

Also from Margie's book. This one I may have taken a bit more artistic license with, since glass only comes in select colors! But I do love this palette--once again, very neutral.

There is some work getting done here--with Ayden being sick for the past week, I'm surprised I'm getting anything done at all. Poor little guy! He's on the mend now, thank goodness :)

"Temple Door":
Color palette inspiration once again from Margie Deeb! The color is much more intense and deep in person. I decided to break this palette up into only two sets instead on my usual three; I thought they were entitled to a little more "presence".
Well--if you have e-mailed me this week I have not received it, sorry! I can't read my mail or send any out. I'm trying to get it fixed, but I think it's AOL, not my computer. Not having problems with anything but AOL. So if you haven't heard from me, that's why!! I'm still here!

It's Ayden's birthday! He's one already, can you believe it? Here he is playing with his balloons on Aunt Lisa's lap:

Better pictures later when I get my other camera's film developed :)

And finally! I got to the torch!

A fun set of hollows & hearts:

And I'm back on the palette-themed beads again!, This one is called "The Sudan" from Margie Deeb's book, "The Beader's Color Palette":
A nice set of neutrals with touches a pink--very delicious!

You can find her book here:

More new goddesses:

And more interesting cabs made with my new mandrels:
The one on the right has a frog sitting on top--don't know if you can make him out or not :)

The mandrels are getting easier to work with the more I play with them, thank goodness!
