Well, what did everyone do for Earth Day? I signed up for recycling--I hope to reduce our trash by half. I cannot believe I waited so long to get started! We spent lots of time outside today--

Our pear tree is in bloom:

Ayden enjoys being outside very much:

And the princess herself, Peanut:

Bye-bye for now!

I have my next neckpiece all layed out and ready to go! All inspired by the elephant I bought from Mona at the last bead show. Lampwork beads were made by me, of course :)

Wonder when I'll have time to make him up?

Well, I'm still in the midst of reorganizing and paring down my beads, but I thought you'd like to see what else I've been working on:
Lovely HUGE flowers with either 1/4 inch and 1/2 inch holes. Largest one measures 2 inches across! Yummy!

More paring down and reorganizing, this time--shells! Can't seem to pass these up when I see them at a show, either!
I'm going to have lots of cool things that I just do not have room for anymore! There's going to be a big bead sale in the future, me thinks!!
I added to my little "collection" of bone beads at the last bead show--just can't seen to resist them! Carved rounds, fetishes, tubes, inlays--how can one call themselves a bead lover without some of these??
There's a little elephant hinding under the goddess bead--he's going into my next macrame neckpiece. I have a nice set of lampwork beads all ready to go along with him!

Okay--I finally finished this neckpiece that has been artfully arranged on my work table for some time now!
